Data Deletion Instructions

You own your data, including the right to make it disappear. This page describes every way to delete data from Lever Today, operated by Manne IT Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, India.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

• Individual records: every contact, note, transaction, goal, habit, health entry and routine has a delete action. The record disappears from your account immediately, but is kept, hidden, in our database until you delete your account — deleting your account is what erases it completely.
• Profile photo: on the Account screen in the mobile app, tap your picture and choose Remove picture. This deletes the stored image.
• Disconnect an integration: use Connectors on the web or Settings → Connections in the mobile app and press Disconnect (Unlink for Telegram, Disconnect under Settings → WhatsApp for WhatsApp). For Google services this revokes our access at Google; for Google Keep we delete our copy of the token and make a best-effort request to Google to revoke it. Anything already imported — such as events, notes or health entries — stays in your account until you delete it.
• Delete your entire account: in the mobile app, go to Settings → Export or delete your data, type DELETE and press Delete my account. On the web, go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account and confirm. Nothing is erased for 30 days: your account keeps working and you can cancel at any point before then (Keep my account in the app, Cancel Deletion on the web). After 30 days, our next daily purge permanently erases your account and its data.

Before you delete your account

• Export your data if you want a copy — Export my data in the app, or Export My Data under Settings → Account on the web.
• Paid plan renewing within 30 days? Your subscription is cancelled automatically when your account is erased, 30 days after you ask. To stop a renewal that falls before then, email support@lever.today.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a request from your registered email address to privacy@lever.todaywith the subject "Delete my data". We verify ownership, then delete, and confirm back to you within 30 days.

What deletion covers

• All content you created (people, notes, money records including saved cards, goals, habits, time entries, health entries, routines and their run logs) — including records you had already deleted individually.
• All data imported from connected services (Google Calendar, Fit, Keep and others), and our stored access for Google Calendar, Fit, Drive, Gmail, Contacts and Keep — Google tokens are revoked at Google first (best-effort for Keep). Your Telegram link, your WhatsApp link and the phone number stored with it, connected-app and MCP records, personal access tokens and devices' push tokens are deleted too.
• Your Lever Today account profile, settings and consent records, including the identifier that links your profile to your sign-in account.
• Your sign-in account on our self-hosted authentication server (Authara) — your email address, sign-in details and name.
• Anything held for you elsewhere on your behalf: an active paid subscription is cancelled with Razorpay, your profile photo file is deleted from storage, and every Composio connection is revoked at Composio.
• Reports you made about AI assistant replies, which include the message and reply you reported.

This happens 30 days after you ask, in our next daily purge. If backup copies exist, they expire on a rolling schedule within 90 days of deletion. We may retain minimal billing records where tax law requires it, and Razorpay keeps its own records of any payments you made for as long as financial and tax law requires.

What stays after deletion

• Records no longer linked to you. Product-usage events are kept with your account link removed and deleted 180 days after they were recorded; other feedback you sent us is kept without your account link; and security audit records of sensitive actions are kept without your account link, with their IP address and device details removed after 90 days and the records deleted after a year.
• Messages in Telegram. Messages already delivered to your Telegram chats stay in Telegram; delete them there.
• Messages in WhatsApp.The same goes for WhatsApp: messages already exchanged with our business number stay in your WhatsApp chat (and in Meta's systems under its own retention rules); delete them there.

Revoking third-party access

You can additionally revoke Lever Today's access from the provider's side at any time — for Google, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Lever Today. If you connected Google Keep, also revoke the App Password you created for it at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.
